Matthew 18:15-17 (King James Version)

But everyone knows the KJV is the anti-NTCC Version.

Matthew 18:15-17 (King James Version - the mandatory harmony and reconciliation Bible)
...Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

Proverbs 6:16-19 (King James Version)

Proverbs 6:16-19 (King James Version - the straight-talk Bible)...These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Proverbs 31:10-28 (King James Version)

Proverbs 31:10-28 (King James Version - the pro-working-woman Bible)...Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land. She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant. Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.

It's business as usual...NTCC is still sowing discord among the Brethren. Now the Brill family has ESCAPED (Rev. Olson's Daughter and Son-in-Law). PART 1:

Is Broken.
Jeff (regarding your last post),

Thanks, I understand your tack a little better now.

The only reason I don't agree with your method is because Bro. Bellamy wasn't backing down from what he wrote, while still reconciling with Bro. Brill. And I didn’t feel he needed help, and we could always quiz them later, after they said what they had to say (plus, sometimes if you let people talk, they will tell you more than they would have otherwise). And maybe the following article will help you understand my tack a little better also:

Bro. Brill is not the enemy; he has resigned but should/does want to maintain a relationship with his in-laws. This requires a great amount of delicacy on the Brill's part.

We also had this same desire, to maintain our family ties to Becky and John, and were on good terms with them until Senior Pastor Kekel's one-time visit to Panama (the only time an overseer has ever visited Panama…ever) a mere month after we left Korea. So, since he wrecked our relationship with Becky, we did not have to tread softly anymore.

It needs to be noted that while Senior Pastor Kekel was sowing discord between Becky, John and us I was still an ordained Minister with NTCC, and Deb was a Licensed Minister. And we were licensed for the whole year following (2008), since they renewed our licenses. Our Licenses said we were assigned to Rupert, Idaho. If he had a problem with me, he could have tried to work it out with me. He had the opportunity, and I made overtures toward him during this time. I even sent him, Becky, Deb, and Tanya (he involved her in this also) an email apologizing for anything I might have said, wrote, or done wrong.

Yet, it was almost 2.5 years before we started Deb's Blog (2010). As many of you know, our Blog was originally to be about Deb’s experiences before Senior Pastor Kekel (or most others) was even in NTCC. Since everyone else was covering the more recent decades of NTCC’s existence. And would have been about 4 articles long, and then remained static. Except I was going to provide reference/research links (which I did), and keep it updated (which I do), so it could be used as a reference for the other Blogs (which it is at times). Deb had some things she wanted to share, and then be done with it; and I was going to build, moderate, and maintain it.

Things were going according to our original intent. About 1.5 months after Deb’s probably last post (she had posted 4 articles), and about 3 months after we started Deb’s Blog, Senior Pastor Kekel posted his now infamous “Shunk” article.

The timeline is Jeff helped me set this Blog up in January, then Deb posted articles dated 1/23/2010, 2/2/2010, 2/26/2010, and 3/5/2010; and was done, or maybe had about one more to go. Senior Pastor Kekel posted his “Shunk” article on 4/20/2010. I acknowledged it (mainly to make a joke out of it) on 4/25/2010. Just like his Panama visit, the timing seemed fishy. After that we just posted whatever we wanted, with no regard for our original intent.

After some discussion on Thursday 9/27/2012, and hindsight being 20/20, Deb and I are sure that if we had not gotten any interference from Senior Pastor Kekel in our relationship with Becky, Deb's Blog wouldn't have started, because our only NTCC interest would have been to keep our relationship with Becky intact. Especially since the Blogs that were in place were (and are) doing a fine job, and didn’t/don’t need any help from us.

Believe it or not, there is a good chance I would have been with NTCC a lot longer (undoubtedly to this day), but they stopped renewing my license in 2009. Plus, by this time I had documented their lack of forthrightness, obfuscation, and sowing of discord. I didn’t have any disagreement with them, but I did have some questions/concerns I was talking to Rev. Olson about, and that were personally important to me (regardless of how foolish and unlearned they may have been), and that Senior Pastor Kekel was no way involved in.

They still haven’t given me a clear reason why they didn't renew my license for 2009. Yes, I sent in the required fees on time, and planned on continuing to renew my license, and was not going to resign…there was no need to. And sent them frequent snail-mail (and less frequent email) requests, asking what they wanted me to do; could I pioneer yet another church, or be someone’s helper, or Pastor yet another established church?

I also kept re-asking my same 2 foolish and unlearned questions.

Most all of my emails remain unanswered, and many of my letters were returned unopened. I always sent these letters by registered mail, so I know they were receiving them, since they signed for them.

After 9 months of this, and receiving no answers, I felt confident I had gone above and beyond what any reasonable person would expect, and went back into the Military in 2008. I am still in to this day, and will be eligible for retirement in 7 years.

The way we handled all this, was done in the best way possible…In that, we kept available for anything NTCC would have wanted us to do, while spending every intervening day with Deb’s parents for the 9 months. Then I went to a recruiter and joined the Active Duty Military, and will now get the Military Retirement we will need. I had no hope of old age income with the Cult. Other than Social Security, and working till the day I die.

Now, just by finally leaving the cult less than 4 years ago, we have God, family, friends, 3 new vehicles (1989, 2010, 2012), new furniture, savings, health insurance, retirement, and a huge life insurance policy (and everything is paid for). We are in the middle of buying our first home, and we were able to buy Deb’s Mom a fully loaded 2012 RAV4. Also, Deb has a career that she likes, and that makes a real positive difference in people’s life, and that will make her eligible for Social Security pretty soon, and she will be able to collect when she gets that age. Deb also gets to spend as much time as she wants with her Mom, Brother, Sisters (except Becky), and her extended Family.

FYI, we have also started looking into adopting a child or 2. This will undo the last thing the Cult took/damaged in both of our lives.

As for Deb, she resigned in writing from NTCC in December of 2008, her mind was made up, and she was sick of their nonsense (and Senior Pastor Kekel’s accidentally discovered habitual un-Christ-like conduct). 32 years for her, 17 for me. Deb was leaving no matter what I did.

We understand the importance of warning others, but family is more important to us post-exit. Especially since we have a lot of lost time to try and make up for. We would trade all the information on our Blog for our relationship with John and Becky to be what it was before Senior Pastor Kekel’s discord sowing visit to Panama.

On the plus side, had Senior Pastor Kekel not orchestrated these events, Deb and I would not have got to spend time getting to know the father that helped bring her into this lost and dying world. What a tragedy this would have been, as he was a genuinely great man.

To this day we do not try to contact people still in the Cult (other than Becky, and that was only to see how they fared during the recent 7.9 earthquake in the Philippines; and I recently sent Senior Pastor Kekel/Davis an email about Lillian Stevens working). I have no NTCC’rs as FACEBOOK friends, because none have ever sent me a friend request (other than Pastor Freeman in Wyoming). We do Blog though, because thanks to Senior Pastor Kekel, we have nothing more to lose. Plus, warning others is a Christian’s duty (that’s why he does it, right?).

Senior Pastor Kekel did so much seemingly irreparable damage to our relationship with Becky and John that not even their Father’s 2009 funeral was able to bring us all together, and the division remains to this day. Senior Pastor Kekel had absolutely no involvement with the questions I had, or any Church we ever Pioneered or Pastored. But, he involved himself into the relationship we had with our Family. He wasn’t even my Pastor, Senior Pastor Davis was.

He pursued his own agenda in Panama, and with his “Shunk” article. Based on the information above, my opinion is he is spiritually stunted, and vindictive. His conduct shows he considers himself above accountability for his own actions. And the Cult’s actions (or inaction), shows they do not hold him, or themselves, personally accountable for anything, or to anyone.

Senior Pastor Kekel's conduct in all this (and may other things) is not something I would expect from someone with an Administrative calling.

If they want this stuff to be taken down, NTCC is going to have to make some apologies. Not only on the internet, but on the phone.

Anonymous said...

I am sure they want all the internet stuff taken down, and would prefer things were like they were before 2004, when they flew under the radar for decades unmolested.

But they will not change, and they will not make amends, so it will continue to be business as usual for the Blogs.

And business is booming.

True Dat.

They prove this time and time again. They don't hold themselves to the same rules that the rest of us are required to follow.

Ministers and wives how can you be a hypocrite and sit there, knowing full well you don't agree with the Leadership? You see how they’ve strayed from the gospel only to fulfill and attain wealth and power. How many times have you repented in your heart, constantly thinking it must be you? Others have witnessed the same situations. The ungodly character of the Leadership toward ministers, wives and church members. Where is your integrity to stand up and do what's right? I got tired of thinking it was me that was wrong. It was not me, even when I spoke to my husband about things; he'd tell me I was wrong. He never spoke against the Leadership, in fact he would rebuke anyone who talked bad about them. I’ve seen Greg rebuke my sister, J. MacDonald, D. Stevens, and R. Denis. I don’t know if there are any others, he was not afraid to speak up for a person. There are many who talk amongst themselves about the Leadership. I know, because I've heard them speak. I was guilty of that myself it's something I'm not proud of, I grew weary of constantly trying to make excuses for these people. It's a never ending cycle with these people. After 32yrs enough is enough. The one who gets hurt in the end is the minister, they're too proud to admit wrong.

Shake the dust off your feet and go on your merry way!

Well put Baby.

As you know, and as I posted in this article..."Just by finally leaving the cult less than 4 years ago, we have God, family, friends, 3 new vehicles (1989, 2010, 2012), new furniture, savings, health insurance, retirement, and a huge life insurance policy (and everything is paid for). Our life is good,

Man, I'm so glad to hear that Greg. Now that is a good testimony. Of course you know, my family is doing good as well. I'm really happy that you and Deb are prospering. Those of us who have left the NTCC are all doing so well. Don and Ange, Vic and the last I knew, Casey Hayes was also doing well and so were his kids. We talked about 2 months ago.

I know one guy who left the NTCC about two years ago who made E-7 and then got a commission and he is currently a Lieutenant on active duty. He was here with us in Columbus and then in was in MO at Ft. Leonard Wood. He left the NTCC because the NTCC leadership ran off his pastor and then tried to dog out the church members after the Pastor left. I think the pastors name was Granger or something like that. The last I heard, Granger is doing great also. Another guy that was with us at the NTCC church here in Columbus made E-7, got selected for E-8, and then became a Warrent Officer and he is doing great living in a 5000+ square foot 3 story all above ground house that's almost mansion. I'll be going to his house this Thursday to watch football.

Another guy that was in the NTCC church with us here in Columbus has a great job, his wife is a manager over a chain of well known supermarkets in the area and they are closing on a brand new house around the middle of October and they have a young boy together who is about 4 years old now. Their oldest two kids both joined the Air Force and are also doing well and he also has a brand new Tundra that I got him a great deal on because I used to work at the Toyota Dealership and I'm real tight with the General Sales Manager.

Come on man, Come on. These are bad stories? All of us used to be in the NTCC and we all left and we are all prospering and doing great? Houses, new cars, etc, etc, etc? COME ON!!!!! COME ON!!!! Cursed??? REALLY??? The difference between all of us and the NTCC leadership is we actually work for what we own and (unlike them) we aren't using people to get it.

So what is the moral of the story? Leave the NTCC and get on with the life that God intended for you. Oh also, the guy who is a Commissioned Officer? He wants to be a pastor!!! Just not with the NTCC. The guy who is closing on a brand new house in October? He is heavily involved with his church in somewhat of an official capacity to my understanding. I know he is really involved. So you are not just talking about a whole bunch of heathens here. I may be a heathen but I'm not menace to society like the NTCC leadership. I'm not taking advantage of folks for their money like Davis, Kekel and Olson. The NTCC just keeps people down unless you are one of their family members or close confidants and that didn't help Danny Brill.

"Further, since I wasn't a bible school student during that time, I was not UNDER those rules. The sports rule was not bible based to begin with, and was for bible school students. Not me."

Chief said...

So I'm good because that rule is not for me either. I'm not a bible school student. Yippie. I'd rather live at the bottom of a dumpster than be a bible school brainwashie in Graham Washington. I'd have to put up with less dung.

Kekel's response was the spin tactic, half truth, tap dance insult my intelligence response. Mike Kekel is the ultimate spin doctor and so is Kinson and that's the second most important reason that those two are both at Graham raking in the dough. Of course the first reason is who their daddy's are and anyone who thinks otherwise is really blind. Kinson and Kekel, along with RWD the two biggest tap dancing, half truth, spin doctor conn artists that I've ever met in my life; bar none.

Chief said...

The NTCC will spin it and claim that we all have prosperity because we've been bought by the devil so I have a valid, legitimate question? Which way would God approve or which way would be pleasing to God to make a living while residing on this earth. Please think about it before hastily drawing a conclusion.

First way: Get extremely rich as a direct result of others giving money to the "church". Often times those riches come at the expense of people who can't even hardly pay their bill or keep food on their families table.

Second way: Put in real days work, get paid, and accumulate wealth and or financial stability as a direct result of your own labors.

I use the second way. Does that mean I've been bought by the devil because I have a job?

I'd say the guy who's been bought by the devil is the guy who gains wealth and riches at the expense of everyone else. Show me one example of that happening in the book of Acts or any of Paul's epistles? Check the general epistles? How about Revelation?

Like I said in an earlier post. Stop giving all your money to a bunch of greedy church leaders and start paying yourself, and you can be like all the people I spoke of who are doing quite well for themselves. The NTCCs way for accumulating wealth is not the Bible way. Show me one place in the New Testament where a church leader or pastor got stinking rotten rich off of all his congregants? Show me one example of that happening and I'll eat crow.

DS or GS said...

Chief,

Talking about money...

I don't believe in tithe anymore, but I still tithe.

Here's how. The money I used to send to the Cult, I now use for my Mother-in-Law who is the Pastor of a Church (she also owns the building). Her Son does the Pastoral duties now.

When we first got back to Idaho this year we fixed their church van (about $1,800), and we just bought Mom a fully loaded 2012 RAV4.

In the past we have done maintenance on her home, and the church (at our expense). We have invested about $25,000 dollars in Deb's parents (the work of the Lord) over the past 4 years. And we are reaping daily returns.

The $25,000 doesn't include her new fully loaded 2012 RAV4 (no interest, no money down financing...and heated leather seats).

She is also going to live with us when we get settled in our new home.

This is a much more Godly use of our hard earned money than sending it to Graham.

Graham is the only Cult Church that is not self-supporting. This is ironic, since all the other Cult Church (about 70) are required to be, or will be shut down.

We are glad we are able to do it now. And I am sure God is much more pleased since I am no longer an Infidel.

All because we left the Cult.

Greg,

Now you know all that money could be going to the Kekel family. You need to get right with GAWD and pray through. Don't you know there are extra expenses that need to be taken care of at Grant's "great whore" I mean Catholic college? Think of all the gas his car must use and you know he must wear some pretty nice clothing. Tanya expects nothing but the best for her boy, so Greg, you need to start paying your fair share as unto the Lord.

Haven't you read the scriptures Greg? Thou must givest a tenth of all thine gross income, so the Grandson of the high priest canst attend the finest "great whore" I mean Catholic college? This must be done so he canst have fine clothing, and cars nice electronics to watch the most grand of sporting events so thy fellow servants the Kekels canst live in peace and contentment.

You are letting the Lord down Greg. You know God wants a percentage of your money to go to the Kekels as they had no choice but to move out of their $550,000 house because the Lord directed them to purchaseth a $750,000 house so Kekel could bring glory and honor unto Lawd. When people witness with their eyes and see the grand temple that the Lawd gavest unto thy fellow servants the Kekels, all will fall on their faces and worship the Lawd for his goodness that he has bestowed upon thy fellow servants the Kekels.

Greg, you need to repent right now!!! Muzzle not the Oz that threadeth on the church members, the senior priest is worth of his $750,000 house that must be paid for by the flock!! You need to get saved Greg.

DS or GS said...

Chief,

Funny, sad, and true.

Instead of..."I don't believe in tithe anymore, but I still tithe."

I should have written..."I know now that tithe isn't Biblical, but I still tithe."

I need to remember that for future posts.

What a crock! The Leadership requires of others, what they themselves cannot do in Graham. It's the little people out in the field, they should be admiring. Yet, they have disdain for them by calling them names. Excuse me, but who's putting food on your table and paying your mortgage!

I have never heard Pastors in other Organizations call their ministers/ church members names. Nor, have I heard them rebuke a pastor in front of their church members. Insulting a minister who's doing all he can to pastor a church, giving all he has to keep the doors open. Then when someone comes to visit all they can do is find fault. That's not leadership.

Chief said...

I understand how you feel Deborah. I can feel the passion in your statement. Kekel is bad about that kind of stuff. We talked on the phone about 3 - 4 years back and Kekel didn't have a lot good to say about NTCC pastors. With Kekel, that was just the pot calling the kettle black. That is just the NTCC way.

Preachers get so accustomed to finding and figuring out everyone's faults, that it becomes a common everyday practice. They all think they are better and holier than everyone else to include each other and they become nothing but judgmental and Kekel is as bad as they get. I mean he is a real big mouth jerk. The real deal hypocrite. I can't stand the guy and I make no apologies for that.

I've said this so many times. I hate this whole house cleaning thing the Kekel's have going on. That is leadership at it's worst and a complete misuse and abuse of personnel. The Kekels USE and take advantage of people and it's just that simple. You'll be blessed if you clean my house my butt. It amazes me how easily people can be manipulated and chances are if we are on this blog, we've all fell in the same category. It's called wrongfully taking advantage of people. Davis is as good as they get at doing exactly that. I can't stand Davis or Kekel.
