Matthew 18:15-17 (King James Version)

But everyone knows the KJV is the anti-NTCC Version.

Matthew 18:15-17 (King James Version - the mandatory harmony and reconciliation Bible)
...Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

Proverbs 6:16-19 (King James Version)

Proverbs 6:16-19 (King James Version - the straight-talk Bible)...These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Proverbs 31:10-28 (King James Version)

Proverbs 31:10-28 (King James Version - the pro-working-woman Bible)...Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land. She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant. Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.

JOB 38:1-3
“Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said;
Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge? Gird up now thy loins like a man: for I will demand of thee and answer thou me.”

For the Record:

New Testament Christian Churches of America, Inc., also called New Testament Christian Church is one of the most wonderful churches available today. Among this church it is well known that we don’t consider ourselves to be the “only ones saved”, and we also know that, more and more, in churches of today, the world and the saints are without distinction. Churches as godly as this one are certainly rare nowadays, but weren’t so rare 50 years ago. Proper and modestly attired, we endeavor to reflect Christ and find it not rigid, but satisfying to the Holy Ghost that is with us and in us.

Most people, who attend or visit, are amazed at the spirit of love and concern that is present in the services and congregation. Equally amazing is the integration of all races, mixed couples and various ages all worshipping (sic) together.

The literally thousands of positive experiences in NTCC far outweigh the few negatives. I encourage all NTCC members to post their wonderful experiences which they have had in these churches, without vainly attempting to correct the gainsayers. The internet is a wonderful tool and part of life today. It is openly known that NTCC people use it, without correction from the leadership. The church doesn’t advocate all material that is available through this medium however.

I have had the privilege of being associated with this church for a long time, and personally know the board members and faculty and many of the people that attend their churches. I am also a minister of long time attendance, and still enthused about the wonderful things God continues to do among His people.

The standards set forth are presented in love and power of the Holy Ghost, and are the requirements of God as set forth in the bible. Anything that is said, that is not based upon the bible, is openly set forth as such.

It grieves me to post the following things. However, since the things posted here are expositions of the “truth”, (which the many positive testimonies herein prove to be false,) I feel that sincere readers should know the manner of people writing the negative commentary and the real reasons why they departed from among this congregation of saints and godly people. I do not wish to attack others, nor harm them in any way.

To all current NTCC members:
You can never reprove scorners and get anything less than a BLOT, Proverbs. No one is being helped by your rebuttals, and the guilty aren’t listening. Some of you have gone too far and have become wrong yourselves. Furthermore, I believe that if you of NTCC slash and hurt as they do, you ARE them. Just post your GOOD REPORT, LOVELY THINGS, HONEST THINGS, etc. Phil. 4:8

Vic Johansen:
Vick was a hippy living in a commune, but always had a flair for diction and a love for linguistics. A self-proclaimed intellect, (not high enough for tooth brushing, but fairly intelligent,) who loves the “natural” and the “organic”. Refusing doctors, and electing to use a mid-wife he put his own child at risk and welcomed a complicated pregnancy. Unfortunately, a laid-back non-conformist to any set of guidelines. One brother told of a statement he made during Pastor’s teaching, “I’m going to do it anyway!”.

He abandoned the sound teachings of NTCC to resort to another that he knew wasn’t completely correct. He evidently didn’t disagree enough to leave another group, I suppose. Esp. since they gave him a position I THINK. (Not for sure on that part).

Vocabulary isn’t necessarily intellect, esp. when one is bereft of reasonable and common sense and as your testimonies are. I recall with amusement a time when, at a pancake breakfast, you licked the side of the honey jar and offered some to another brother, who politely refused. You failed in your church pastoring in Alaska, insomuch that one of the students from there, in tears told of how you (his pastor) would never go soul winning and work for God.

Citing “rejection” as your reason for departure is altogether lame. You absconded unannounced and there was no time to be “shunned”. Your wife Edna Johansen and Nicole with her illegitimate baby visited Graham NTCC recently, didn’t they? They were treated very kindly and invited back, but where were you? That’s shunning? Neither did Chris Kinson leave because you were “shunned”, as he said in his statement. I highly respect him in that he showed respect and honor as a gentleman, but I no longer retain that for you, I’m sorry to say. Maybe the family NEEDED the “NTCC experience”.

Furthermore, your laid-back attitude is where part of the problem really lies. You were excluded from the teaching lineup the semester you left, is that unrelated? No. Was there some reason you took Dan Fowler off to the side and polluted him against us? Maybe if he had ‘shunned you’, he would still be a Christian. Okay, so you moved on, ostensibly, at the instruction of God. To, what kind of church was it now? You were, and still are, bitter toward Pastor, and he deserves your scorn in these pages doesn’t he? Thank you for your Christian commentary and love that you have shown toward him.

My take on “BE YE ANGRY AND SIN NOT” is the same as yours actually, but I am not so disagreeable that I would take issue. I have taken issue with Pastor on things, no WRATH was unleashed on me, nor was it unleashed on any of you. Ye are touchy, thin skinned, pouters. That’s like fussing about Adam’s missing bellybutton. Since that scripture doesn’t meet your needs about your ANGER issues, try out Col. 3:8-“But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, (speaking against), filthy communication out of your mouth”. Thanks, brother. I still love you also, sorry for any inconvenience.
