They've got your back. |
Our crime was that we trusted them, we believed them, and on top of all that we loved them. All the while, we only ask after having left ntcc that ntcc comes clean about the abusive and neglectful social practices and behaviors that they have secretely under the radar gotten away with. No paper trail, no video trail, and no trail of evidence save for the astounding number of people who witness and experienced first hand the abusive rules they (ntcc) decry as never happening or are un-willing to acknowledge in the face of all these witnesses.

That says it all! Was this a comment on one of the Dispatch articles?
Agreed, and yes.
Is it wrong to require ministers to attend Conferences?
Is it "life control" to require this, as some say? What about morning formations in the military? Staff meetings on your job? Union meetings? Would you muster yourself to attend an activist event on Pennsylvania Avenue in protest of injustice? Would you clamour to attend an event in support of your favorite cause? Would you attend the huddles if you were on a football team, if they weren't mandatory?
Is it too much to ask God-called, Holy Ghost-filled ministers of God whose whole life is dedicated to the cause of Christ to the point that they seek full time ministry, to attend an annual event? Why must one view an event, so integrated with their life's goals, as an unbearable burden imposed upon them? Why would it HAVE to be mandatory? Especially knowing the critical healing process that occurs during a conference, and that God never fails to restore our vision, purpose, resolve and zeal. If someone says they don't get a tremendous spiritual boost from one of them, he must have been that statue in the back (sometimes in the front) during service. You know, the "non-clap, no laugh-I refuse to sing" types. In their heart they're already gone.
Maybe some have integrated too many other things into their lives, or maybe their cause has changed. Pastor has required Conferences at times, but it has never worked beyond giving someone that little extra "push of themselves" to get there, which they never regret. By the way, that makes the requirement worthwhile. Those who don't WANT to be there, still won't come. To further demonstrate their lack of a sense of accountability, they don't even have the courtesy to offer an excuse as to why, or let someone know they won't be there. They have all kinds of money to go everywhere else though, or to buy new toys, whatever they want, but not for the horrible, horrible fellowship of the saints.
Morning formation, staff meetings, union meetings, football huddles are all paid events. Companies, and organizations of this type understand the value of their employees and therefore pay them.
Not NTCC!!! NO!!!! They contradict the Bible, when Paul says "Should a man go to war at his own charge?" If conference is mandatory; Let NTCC pay the bill if they want you there so bad!
Don't feel guilt tripped into buying something you want so bad Kackel does, Davis the "devil" does! You earned it, why not have it? Why pay a couple thousand dollars to travel all the way to Missouri to listen to them, it's the same old rhetoric from last year. Save your time, and money, or better yet, take a trip to Cabo, or Hawaii where you can have a REAL vacation.
Sincerely; David Hickman

I'd say....
Hello? Anyone home? Has the cat got your tongue? If so, let me know and I'll get after the mangy furball responsible for your silence!
Always your faithful friend,

That is a bunch of bologna. You manipulators manage to regularly restore the NTCC's crooked agenda, intense brainwashing, and zeal to bleed the unsuspecting of yet more money than they've given already. It's also a chance to raise another 100K or so in pledge money. Conference ain't about God.
It's about the NTCC keeping their people in check that they've worked so hard to brainwash.
Conference quotes,
"If you have a problem with one of my pastors you have a problem with me and if you have a problem with me you have a problem with GOD" RWD
"Don't call Graham if you are broke and you aren't having a full schedule of services. Go to the people if you need more money. The problem is you are too scared to ask your people for money" RWD
"The blitzkrieg soul winning approach is like going to battle. Your goal should be that you knock on at least 100 doors" MCK
"I never missed GAWD"
RWD
"I can't remember the last time I sinned" RWD
"Everything I do is by the Holy Ghost"
RWD

Rdub must have forgotten the part" "except all the things that my son in law and Kinson are getting ready to change"
Conference is a time of further brainwashing that is necessary or else their whole church would evaporate and they know it. Conference is about control.

Burt, and an elegant paragraph do not go together. He was always an incompetent bungler.
Anonymous,
NTCC always portrayed Burt as such, but I have never been inspired to classify any paragraph of Rev. Kekel’s (the wunderkind) as elegant. Eyewash, yes…evasive, yes…non-committal, yes…damage control, yes…political, yes…damaging, yes...lies, yes. Burt’s may not be a perfect paragraph, but the perfection of his shared experience, abuse, and conviction come through clearly, and in a most elegant way.

Hi Sis. Shunk,
I have to agree with you on the mind control and breaking down of individuals to support the cause of NTCC. I left them in 1988 from The Fort Bragg Christians Serviceman's home, when I went to Alaska. I stuck around until then because I couldn't bear seeing more and more people being destroyed by the preaching and rudeness of Medrano. I'm thankful that you found peace and comfort somewhere else and still with God. My prayers are with you and continue to be. Please pray for me as I have thyroid cancer. My name is David Dyal. Thanks in advance.
Trying to find someone to talk to about former NTCC stuff. Ryan Karpinsky is my name, would love to find some brothers that got out. Any suggestions?
